I may have jumped the gun-

Well- Hank hasn't recovered completely yet. I thought because he was acting more like himself, that he was better. He is taking his time getting better. He keeps getting a fever, 100 or 101. He is eating much better, he hasn't throw up for a couple of days. It is just the fevers and the #3's that are lingering. When he woke up from his pm nap, he had a 101.7 temp.
Here is a picture from last night, he was feeling pretty good during our Friday night campfire and play time with Auntie Afton!

Here he is this morning eating some cereal and bananas with some milk!
He really is the cutest. So although Hank the Tank is not back fully, he is doing better.
We just got to get rid of the fevers!

Today I got my Son back!!!

So Hank has been super sick since last Friday. He started throwing up and didn't stop all that day. Then Saturday thru Thursday he was throwing up and had diarrhea! Some days it was "loads" and others just a little bit! Then he got a fever Monday night and it persisted till earlier today. Poor little man! He was so sick. But today at dinner time, he was doing great. Eating more than he has in a whole week. He was walking more, instead of wanting to be held and carried everywhere. Wahoo! I have missed the old Hank Allen! He is back!!!
What a blessing health is!
Here is Hank and his daddy, while Hank was still sick! So cute, but so sad!

This is Hank on day one of being sick. He had a small break of no throwing up, we went outside for a few minutes, he didn't really have any fun!
Before we went inside and before he stared throwing up again, I did get a smile out of him!

This is Hank on his third day of being sick!

Some News......

Hank is starting to talk, a lot. It is so fun to here him try to say different words! On Monday morning we were reading one of our favorite books, "FARM", and he pointed to the tractor in the background of the second page of the book. Ofcourse I said "that's a tractor". He then says, "baanc taoenr". I don't really know how to spell what he said. But it was definitely him trying to say "tractor". All day Monday and Tuesday and some today he has been saying words. Like bubble, dog, duck, airplane, cherry, candy, thank you, dadda, mamma and more. Most of the words he says really don't sound like the word, but Mark and I can understand them, sort of! Wahoo, for Hank!!! What a big boy! It is so fun being a MOMMY!

Although today he has been a little sick, fussy and sad. He is still the best boy in the whole world!

.....brings May flowers and kiddy pools!

We got a kiddy pool! Hank and I swam in it for the first time on May first!
Come on in, it is pretty warm!
This is when Hank was taking a break from being in the pool!
This is one of my rose plants! They smell devine. In my Utah house, I grew up with rose bushes in the front. I loved it when my mom taught me how to cut them and arrange them in a vase. I have loved roses since about 11 or 12 years old. So earlier in April I decided it was time a have some roses again. I planted them in pots so I can take them with me to where ever a year and 4 months takes me!
This was earlier that day. Hank and I were doing some stuff outside and we went on the side of the house where my secret patio is. It is a work in progress. I am having so much fun with it! Let me clerify, Mom and Dad Lewis did all the hard work laying all the bricks and rocks, adn providing the table and chirs. I added the pink shelf and put the flowers and cutesie things around. The pool won't be kept there. We are going to designate an area for our beach!

Oh-
We totally cut Hanks hair a few weeks ago, (just after I sent the camera off to get fixed. I found my old camera, still don't have the new one back yet.) All of our ward and freinds were a little shocked. But we'll let it grow and let it be curley for a little before we cut it again.
We think he's so cute both ways!
