Summer Fun in the Lewis house!

Just last night, Hank and Mark were playing with socks!
This was super fun!!!
Seriously, they had a great time!!
Mark has been sooooo busy with writing papers lately that he hasn't had much fun this summer! So this was a welcomed few minutes of play!

Earlier that day Hank and I played Peekaboo at Lunch!
He had a burrito, green beans and milk!

A few days earlier Hank got all dirty eating black beans and plums, without the skin!

My great friend Bethany, who I have know since 5th grade, came to visit. She arrived on a Friday and we quickly went to Monterey to the Aquarium. It was great fun!
On Saturday she took me to see "Wicked". It was amazing!

Outside the Aquarium, where we could look out at the Ocean!

The turtles were so cute!

Hank was so amazed with the fish and other creatures!

Earlier in July- Hank just playing with some cords, his favorite past time since he could crawl!

Another day of cord playing!

Since corn on the cob has been on sale, we have been eating it lots! Yummy!
The mess on his tray is some chicken and rice.

Six Flags, we saw the Shouka show!
Hank and his Ma-ma-mom! That is what he calls me sometimes!

My ward spnsored a Quilts for Comfort event, where we displayed loads of quilts and had classes and made some Humanitarian quilts to give to those in need!

That is a friend, Merrilee, one of the woman incharge of the event!

We diplayed the quilt I made for Marks Christmas gift in 2009!
In May we had a few hot days. One of which, our neighbor's grand-daughter,
Emily, who is just enthrolled with Hank, came over for a swim!!
I took about 30 pictures of them. She is so cute with him!

More pictures of our Faire trip with Afton!

Right off, I have to brag! I entered this wood halloween creation into the Creative Living section of the faire, and I won first place! Cool huh?
I had great help making it, Afton drew the shelf. Mark drew the witches and caldron and then I painted everything. You can't tell, but the witches and caldron are glued on. It is all wood except for the frog. That is a soft rubber toy.
It is titled: Moonlight Spell. Wowee, who knew I would actually place?

Hank and Afton looking at the bunnies! Cutest pair!
We watched the Alaskian pigs race!

We got ice cream cones! Yummy!!

We took our shoes off and played in a box full of pinto beans! They felt so good!

He loved the tracker!

Hank loved the kid play area! He got to make noise with wind chimes!

Hank is Grr-reat!!

I was totally amazed how fast he learned to kick.
Kick- kick- kick!

So he likes to sit on the side of the pool and lean into the pool.
He reaches for my hands, sometimes he leaves the edge before he gets my hands. Floating on his back isn't his favorite. He likes to touch my face while he back floats, it is sweet!

Everyone say cheese, oops Hank wasn't ready!
Hank getting the duckie!
Auntie Afton getting a little wet after Hanks lesson.
A couple days ago after breakfast I took Hanks shirt off, it was dirty. Then he helped me organize the baby clothes. He found his frog boots, wanted them on. Then he found his old winter hat, he wanted that on too. Isn't he so cute!
So he found the pacifiers that were with all the new born clothes.
He is holding three and has one in his mouth. After he put them down, I hid them away!

Here I am, on the 4th of July!!
I wore a bandana as a belt!
I planted some seeds that were suppose to attract humming birds and butterflies,
this is what grew! And I have noticed butterflies and humming birds around!! Aren't they so pretty and fun!!!!
