A Super Fun Day at the Exploritorium!

Wednesday, 2-2-11 we went to the Exploritorium, in San Francisco!
(Golden Gate Bridge in the background.)
We parked, then walked past a grassy area where there was this stretching/ exercise area.
We had to play for a minute!
Wow look at that water twirl!

Hank just loved this pendalum.

This was a house, with different colors in each window.
Hank really liked this too!

Wowee!

I thought this was super cool, so did the boys. It was a piece of string that would sort of fly in a circle. It was connected to a motor and you could move the pattern by moving the red knob. Hank had fun grabbing the string, we all did, actually. It was very amazing.

Here Hank is looking at sand, that had like geysers or something under it, it would shoot up sand powder. This was also very amazing. Hank was leaning on a glass case.

This was a water station, where Hank played for awhile, he got his hair wet at a near by station.

This is where Hank got his hair wet, by pressing his head closely to the white ramp.
Fun stuff!

These balls were floating in the air! Hank tried to catch them!

I see you, Maa-y! (That is how he is saying Mommy)

Hank played here for a long while. The chain would go around on the bike wheel above.

The more you pulled on one side of the chain, the faster it would go round!

Here Hank and I are in a room, that makes you look smaller! Like Alice when she drinks the shrinking potion!
Walking outside at the Palace of Fine Arts

Here is part of the Palace. It is quite lovely!
Back near the parking lot. We had fun!
